Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to support BIM development, coordination, and management across projects. The candidate should be capable of handling projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
* Handle and manage projects using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including document control and coordination workflows.
* Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
* Ensure adherence to BIM standards and ISO 19650 processes.
* Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
* Maintain and manage data within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
* Conduct model audits and quality checks. * Generate reports, drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
* Provide support and guidance to project teams on BIM-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience.
* Strong knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
* Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
* Good understanding of ISO 19650 standards and CDE workflows. *
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in large-scale projects.
* Knowledge of Dynamo or BIM automation tools.
* Exposure to 4D/5D BIM.
* BIM/ISO 19650 certification is a plus.
