Role Purpose
We are looking for a high-impact Mathematics educator who goes beyond textbook teaching and focuses on conceptual mastery, analytical thinking, and performance outcomes. This role is ideal for educators who want to operate in a structured, growth-oriented academic system.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver concept-driven and engaging Mathematics instruction across assigned grades
- Build strong problem-solving ability and logical reasoning among students
- Design and execute structured lesson plans with measurable outcomes
- Track student progress through continuous assessment and data-backed insights
- Prepare students for school examinations and competitive benchmarks
- Ensure timely and effective syllabus completion with depth of understanding
- Conduct remedial and enrichment sessions based on student needs
- Maintain high standards of academic discipline, documentation, and reporting
- Contribute to paper setting, evaluation, and academic planning initiatives
- Create a high-energy, interactive classroom environment
What We Are Looking For
- M.Sc. in Mathematics (B.Ed. preferred)
- 3–6 years of relevant teaching experience (strong performers preferred over tenure)
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive clarity at scale
- Strong classroom presence and student engagement capability
- Outcome-oriented mindset with focus on results and improvement
- Comfort with structured systems, accountability, and continuous feedback
- Willingness to grow into academic leadership roles over time
