About the Role
Evereday Fresh is looking for energetic and customer-focused Store Associates to join our team in Maharajganj. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll help create a great shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining store standards, stocking shelves, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and well-presented.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers.
- Support billing, merchandising, and inventory replenishment.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready.
- Work with the team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of retail operations is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
