Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions (CRM)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to travel
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (can vary based on role level)
