Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing performance.
- Plan and execute both digital and offline marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and industry influencers.
- Drive student acquisition and enrollment growth through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Represent and promote the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related specialization.
- 0–2 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience in the EdTech domain will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, Presentation and leadership skills.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
