We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong sales background in SaaS, IT services, and Digital Marketing, and a proven track record in both B2B and B2C business growth. The ideal candidate must have international market experience (USA, UK, Australia) and will also be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive global revenue and meet strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities in international markets (USA, UK, Australia)
- Drive revenue through sales of SaaS products, IT solutions, and digital marketing services across both B2B and B2C segments
- Develop tailored sales strategies for different customer segments and market conditions
- Create compelling proposals, pitches, and value-driven solutions for clients
Team Leadership & Sales Management:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with company targets and KPIs
- Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans as needed
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and oversee sales pipelines for Sales team
Market Intelligence & CRM Management:
- Monitor trends in international markets and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform decision-making
- Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM tools ( HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA Marketing preferred)
- 5+ years of business development/sales experience in SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing, including team leadership experience
- Proven success working with international markets (USA, UK, Australia)
- Strong experience in both B2B and B2C sales strategies and execution
- Exceptional leadership, people management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and management abilities
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales plateforms(e.g., HubSpot, upwork Salesforce, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead remote or distributed teams across time zones
