About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in the Higher Education domain to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for academic institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Student Information Systems (SIS), academic structures, student lifecycle management, enterprise integrations, and Salesforce architecture.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture.
* Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
* Define integration strategies, security models, and data governance.
* Create architecture documentation and technical design artifacts.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver business requirements.
* Lead enterprise Salesforce implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
* 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3–5 years as a Technical Architect.
* Strong Higher Education domain experience.
* Hands-on experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) and Academic Structures.
* Expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and security.
* Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
