Internship length: 6 months
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business requirements for projects, enhancements, and processes.
- Create BRD, FRD, SRS documents.
- Create Research documents.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, analyzing product lines, the competitive landscape, and the overall profitability of the business.
- Engage in specialized research to uncover industry trends, benchmarking data, and understand complex business challenges to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare, review, and document requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions, incorporating insights from research findings.
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements, informed by thorough research and analysis.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies, supported by research evidence.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems, applying research methodologies to validate and recommend solutions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings, and research insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Do unit acceptance testing of the product.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings clearly and effectively.
- A solid understanding of business practices, with a keen interest in pursuing complex research questions to resolve business challenges.
