About the Role
Cryoflame Technologies is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio and experience creating visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, websites, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create branding assets including logos, brochures, banners, flyers, business cards, and presentations.
- Design website and landing page mockups in collaboration with UI/UX and development teams.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content that align with client and company branding guidelines.
- Create graphics for video productions, motion graphics, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality visual content on time.
- Ensure consistency in design across all digital and print platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative techniques.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Experience designing for social media platforms, websites, and digital advertising.
- Ability to create high-quality visual content for both digital and print media.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion graphics/video editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Experience in an IT company, digital marketing agency, or creative agency.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
