Job Description
Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Foreman (Civil) with extensive experience in High -rise Building & Structure work . The ideal candidate should have strong site execution skills and the ability to supervise construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Manage and guide labour, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Execute work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site.
- Monitor work progress and achieve project milestones.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and material utilization on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Highrise Building .
- Experience with construction contractors is preferred.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
