JMK Health Care Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients
- Explain company products and services
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience as Telecaller or Customer Support
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and confidence
- Ability to work in a team
