Job Summary
We are looking for an Investor Relations & Fundraising Specialist to support investor communications and drive fundraising initiatives. The role involves managing investor relationships, preparing investment materials, and assisting in capital-raising activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage communication with existing and potential investors
· Support fundraising activities including investor outreach and follow-ups
· Prepare investor decks, reports, and presentations
· Maintain investor database and track fundraising pipeline
· Coordinate investor meetings and ensure timely updates
· Collaborate with internal teams for financial and strategic inputs
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
· 2–5 years of relevant experience
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Basic understanding of fundraising and financial concepts
· Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
· Experience in startups, VC, or investment firms
· Knowledge of financial modeling
