Redblox Technologies is looking for a Technical Lead – Full Stack to join our onsite team in Pondicherry / Chennai.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery.
Own application architecture, code quality, and technical decision-making.
Design, develop, and scale full-stack applications with high performance and security.
Actively contribute to AI-driven modules such as automation, chatbots, document processing, or intelligent workflows.
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Management teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Identify technical risks early and propose scalable, long-term solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, performance, and system reliability.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience with:

The candidate should demonstrate:

Strong backend development experience using Node.js, NestJS, and Python
Experience in building RESTful APIs, authentication, authorization, and role-based access
Frontend frameworks: React.js or Vue.js
API integrations and third-party services
Database optimization and query tuning
Working knowledge of Redis, background jobs, and basic DevOps concepts
Exposure to SaaS products and real-world project delivery
Ability to independently handle modules and guide junior developers

The candidate must have:

Deep expertise in full-stack architecture and system design
Experience leading teams and managing deliverables
Multi-tenant architecture experience (preferred)
Hands-on exposure to AI-driven solutions (OCR, NLP, chatbots, automation, LLM integrations, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong understanding of performance optimization, security, and scalability
Ability to make architectural decisions and mentor team members
Clear technical communication and stakeholder interaction skills
