Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food waste.
- Follow food safety regulations.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a hotel or restaurant cook.
- Knowledge of South Indian cuisine (additional multi-cuisine experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
