At Kosal IT Solutions, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with deep UX thinking and can transform business requirements into meaningful product experiences. You’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and product teams to design seamless user journeys that balance usability, functionality, and business goals.

Core Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and admin dashboards.
- Create complete UX flows including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Translate business requirements into effective user experiences aligned with product goals.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components in Figma.
- Create advanced interactive prototypes to demonstrate flows, interactions, and product behavior.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct UX thinking and structure user flows for complex systems and business processes.
- Improve existing products by identifying usability issues and proposing better experiences.
- Ensure consistency across products through strong visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and interaction patterns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for product improvement and innovation.

- Strong experience in UI/UX Design for digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
- Auto Layout

- Strong understanding of:

- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to align design decisions with business goals.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with SaaS products or business management systems.
- Understanding of developer handoff processes and responsive implementation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript/Next.js is a plus.
- Experience creating or maintaining design systems.
- Understanding of usability testing and product thinking.
