We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction/project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and daily activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and manpower
- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials
- Enforce health and safety standards across the site
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
