- Procurement & Sourcing: Buy active cosmetic ingredients, custom packaging (glass bottles, pumps, caps), and labels from approved vendors.
- Demand & Production Planning: Forecast beauty trends and coordinate factory schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Inventory & Warehouse Control: Manage shelf-life constraints, batch tracking, and raw material rotation.
- Logistics & Distribution: Oversee freight, shipping, and export-import documentation for finished goods.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure supply chain activities meet local and international cosmetic regulations
