We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges, and general queries.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email handling.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and regional language(s) is preferred
- Hindi speaking skill will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
