Responsible for ensuring statutory HR compliance, maintaining employee records, managing HR processes through the ERP system, and supporting payroll, attendance, and employee lifecycle activities. The role ensures that HR operations comply with labor laws and company policies while maintaining accurate HR data in the ERP system.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation.
- Monitor contract labor compliance and vendor documentation, where applicable.
ERP & HRIS Management
- Maintain accurate employee data in the ERP/HRMS.
- Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separation processes in the ERP.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards from the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the IT team and ERP vendor to resolve system issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
Payroll & Attendance Support
- Verify attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll records.
Employee Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and digital records.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and experience/relieving letters.
- Track probation, confirmations, and contract renewals.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Conduct exit formalities and maintain separation records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, and ERP/HRMS.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/HRMS software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
- Good knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
