- Language: Kannada + English (Mandatory)
- Experience: 3–5 years (Advertising / Marketing agency background preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality creatives for social media, ads, posters, banners, print materials, and brand assets
- Work on fast turnarounds for client campaigns and internal branding
- Maintain strong quality in typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Present design ideas clearly and adapt designs based on feedback
- Deliver final files in correct formats for print + digital
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
- Updated knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- High attention to detail and comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong time management, discipline, and ownership mindset
- Portfolio is mandatory (showcase variety + quality)
