You will work directly with the founders to gain hands-on startup experience and shape our go-to-market strategy.
Role Description
This is a Remote Contract role with potential future Hybrid opportunities.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist (AI), you will contribute to the design, execution, and continuous optimization of Vayon's marketing and growth initiatives. You will work across multi-channel campaigns, help integrate AI-powered automation and personalization tools, and collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to build a scalable and engaging brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and execute targeted email marketing and customer communication campaigns
- Build responsive, engaging social media content and brand touchpoints
- Integrate AI marketing tools, APIs, and automation workflows to scale outreach
- Design scalable growth strategies and manage campaign performance
- Create reusable marketing assets, templates, and content workflows
- Analyze data, troubleshoot campaign issues, and optimize marketing ROI
- Collaborate directly with founders on go-to-market and growth strategies
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and AI advancements
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Understanding of modern email, social media, and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools, APIs, or AI-powered applications
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven skills
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Startup mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred
- Experience marketing SaaS products
- Experience working on community, project management, or collaboration platforms
- Understanding of marketing workflow automation systems
- Experience building or managing AI-enabled marketing campaigns
- UI / UX expertise for landing pages and marketing collateral

Compensation: Aligned with the current stage of the venture, with significant learning opportunities, ownership, international exposure, and direct involvement in building a next-generation platform for Media and Entertainment.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
