Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers from the contact list provided by the company.
- Collect customer feedback regarding products and services.
- Maintain a polite and professional conversation with customers.
- Record customer responses and feedback accurately.
- Complete the assigned number of calls on a daily basis.
- Escalate customer concerns or complaints to the concerned team when required.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone/computer and maintaining records.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily calling targets.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours: As per company requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
