House of CS is a growing interior design and fabric store specializing in premium interiors, customized design solutions, and quality furnishing products. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and support the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
- Oversee payroll processing and related financial documentation.
Requirements
- Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in retail, interior design, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
