Job Summary:
Core Institute Technologys is seeking a skilled and dedicated NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Faculty to train students in various NDT methods. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Radiography Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), along with lab experience. Both freshers with strong technical knowledge and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on NDT methods including RT, MT, UT, and LPT
- Provide practical training and demonstrations in lab environments
- Prepare training materials, notes, and practical assignments
- Guide students on inspection techniques, safety standards, and procedures
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure safety compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Certification or training in NDT methods (RT, MT, UT, LPT)
- Hands-on lab experience in NDT testing techniques
- Strong understanding of inspection standards and safety procedures
Preferred Skills:
- Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate practical concepts clearly
Experience:
- Freshers with relevant NDT training and lab exposure can apply
- Experienced candidates in NDT field or training roles will be preferred
Additional Preference:
- Candidates residing in Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram, or nearby areas are preferred
