- Candidate should have Diploma / B.E. / M.E. in Industrial Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant industrial safety experience after completion of education, preferably in manufacturing / construction / process industries.
- Conduct daily safety rounds and inspections to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
- Ensure proper PPE issuance, usage, and compliance across employees and contract workers.
- Monitor and enforce contractor safety adherence at site.
- Identify, report, track, and ensure closure of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and near-miss incidents.
- Conduct safety induction training for new employees and contract workers.
- Deliver periodic safety trainings, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
- Support and carry out mock drills and emergency preparedness activities.
- Participate in and lead incident and accident investigations.
- Prepareinvestigation reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive action plans.
- Track closure of corrective actions and maintain incident records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
