Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Update daily call reports and lead status.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead conversion.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Requirements
- Any Degree/Diploma/HSC.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-handling skills.
