Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Receivable for US healthcare clients
- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid/denied claims
- Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections
- Work on aging reports and ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate documentation and updates in billing systems
