Lead the Inside Sales Team
- Manage and coach a team of 3–4 Business Development Executives (BDEs) responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and quotation follow-ups.
- Conduct daily performance reviews covering lead volume, call quality, and pipeline health.
- Set weekly targets and ensure accountability across the team.
- Train BDEs on customer qualification techniques, objection handling, and improving conversion ratios.
Close Deals in the Field
- Visit 5–8 customers per week to convert high-value opportunities that cannot be closed over the phone.
- Meet retail buyers, contractors, architects, and fabricators to present solutions and negotiate orders.
- Conduct retention visits for at-risk accounts and resolve delivery, pricing, or service issues proactively.
Build the Retail Pipeline
- Own the branch’s retail new customer revenue target.
- Drive customer acquisition via cold calling, IndiaMART leads, referrals, and personal field efforts.
- Maintain a strong quotation pipeline and ensure weekly follow-up of aged quotations.
- Identify dormant customers and lead recovery through calls and field visits.
Develop Channel Partnerships
- Build relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and fabricators for repeat referrals.
- Identify new lead generation channels such as exhibitions, industry associations, and contractor networks.
Pricing & Commercial Coordination
- Collaborate with the pricing team to deliver competitive and profitable quotations.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team on collections and credit control for retail customers.
ERP & Reporting
- Ensure all leads, quotations, visits, and customer interactions are updated in the ERP system.
- Present retail segment performance during monthly reviews with data-driven analysis and improvement plans.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
