Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Mechatronics Technicianto support the assembly, wiring, and testing of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate should have basic electrical and mechanical skills and be eager to learn in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical panel wiring as per electrical drawings and standards.
- Carry out mechanical assembly of machines, fixtures, and automation equipment.
- Install electrical components such as sensors, switches, relays, PLC I/O wiring, motors, and pneumatic solenoid valves.
- Route and terminate cables neatly while ensuring proper labeling and safety practices.
- Assist in machine installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings.
- Coordinate with design and production teams during machine assembly.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow quality standards and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- ITI in Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Mechatronics, Wireman, Fitter, or a related trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical panel wiring and mechanical assembly.
- Willingness to learn industrial automation and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to travel when required.
Employment Terms
- Probation Period: 3 months.
- Service Commitment: Candidates must commit to working with the company for a minimum period of 1.5 years after joining.
- Travel to customer or manufacturer locations may be required based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
