We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Solar O&M Engineers to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The selected candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of solar power plants to ensure efficient and uninterrupted performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the day-to-day operation of solar power plants.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to solar modules, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and other electrical equipment.
- Monitor plant performance through SCADA and prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Ensure maximum plant uptime and energy generation.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with the project team and clients when required.
- Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / ITI (Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Renewable Energy, or related field).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar power plants is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Candidates with a valid driving license will be preferred.
Salary
Salary will be based on qualification, skills, and experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
