Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Supply Chain Analyst to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory control, shipment coordination, logistics, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from dispatch to delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
- Track stock movement and ensure proper inventory reconciliation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain performance reports.
- Ensure on-time order fulfillment and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, logistics partners, and customers.
- Monitor supply chain performance, transportation costs, and operational risks.
- Track purchase orders and shipments while resolving delivery or logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, inventory data, and supply chain documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in supply chain operations, logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and basic Macros.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory management software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
