- Production Support of Tibco infrastructure, High availability, upgrades, Patching, troubleshooting , testing, memory increase setting, up Hawk alerts and rules and apply the hot fixes
- Deploy the new SOA Code for front end applications from Tibco AMX
- Good Understanding for SOA architecture
- Deploy BW applications Like QT, maintain, Upgrade, monitor and troubleshoot all the BW alerts
- DynaTrace, Riverbed, Sumologic and site scope for monitoring the highly available front-end applications
- Provide support for EMS applications for high availability and troubleshooting
- Consistently monitors service activity and prepares and distributes metrics reporting to client
- Provide L2/L3 support for AMX/BW/BW/EMS and Hawk platform to ensure platform is highly available and DR Setup
- Working on production support Incidents/Service request/Changes and ensure SLAs are met
- Development/Installation/Support of BW6x suite
- Knowledge in DR and High availability setup in SOA and AMX environment.
- Good Knowledge in OS infrastructure( Windows/Unix).
