We are looking for dynamic and polished Retail Sales Officers (RSOs) who can elevate in-store experiences and build lasting client relationships in the world of premium diamond jewellery.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as a Jewellery Consultant – guide customers with styling advice & product knowledge
* Engage walk-in clients and create meaningful, high-conversion interactions
* Achieve sales targets through consultative selling & upselling
* Deliver a premium luxury experience with strong personal presentation
* Maintain store display, VM standards & assist in operations
* Build strong client relationships through follow-ups
Who You Are:
* 2–4 years in retail (Luxury jewellery/fashion preferred)
* Fluent in English + regional languages (Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil)
* Strong communication & client-handling skills
* Target-driven with a passion for luxury, design & storytelling
* Open to weekend & festive work schedules
Qualification:
Graduate (Retail/Business/Fashion/Marketing preferred)
(Gemmology/Jewellery certifications are a plus)
