We are looking for a creative professional with hands-on experience in both graphic design and video editing, preferably from the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for marketing, branding, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, brochures, and branding materials
- Edit and produce videos including reels, promotional videos, and walkthroughs
- Create motion graphics and basic animations for digital campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and videos
- Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround timelines
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Strong understanding of social media content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Experience in real estate marketing creatives and property videos
- Basic knowledge of branding, layouts, and typography
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate / construction industry
- Knowledge of drone/video shoot coordination
- Understanding of digital ads and campaign creatives
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
