Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties in Gurugram.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and local developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present property listings, including detailed descriptions and marketing materials.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Attend property showings, open houses, and networking events to promote listings and expand client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process, addressing any concerns or questions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a focus on the Gurugram market.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
- Valid real estate license in Haryana.
