Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee smooth floor operations during all shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and quick issue resolution
- Coordinate with FOH & BOH teams for seamless workflow
- Manage staff duty allocation, discipline, grooming & hygiene
- Monitor table turnover, guest satisfaction & service quality
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards
- Assist with training of service staff
- Report daily operations to the Manager
