Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, supporting sales campaigns, and helping the business development team achieve monthly targets.
The ideal candidate should be target-driven, confident in communication, and experienced in using LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers across target industries and geographies.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, databases, and online research.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect database with accurate company and contact details.
- Reach out to decision-makers and generate interest in the company’s products or services.
- Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales/business development team.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets, ideal customer profiles, and campaign priorities.
- Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone where required.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- Update CRM with lead status, communication history, and next actions.
- Achieve assigned targets for leads, qualified meetings, and outreach activities.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, Google search, and online lead research.
- Ability to identify decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, Plant Heads, Operations Heads, Maintenance Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales process.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT, SaaS, AI, IoT, manufacturing, industrial automation, or technology sales.
- Exposure to international lead generation.
- Understanding of email campaign tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to write short and effective outreach messages.
Targets & Performance Metrics
The candidate will be expected to work on defined monthly targets such as:
- Number of new leads generated
- Number of qualified leads
- Number of meetings/demo calls scheduled
- Email and LinkedIn outreach volume
- Response rate and conversion rate
- CRM data quality and follow-up completion
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
