Job Summary
We are seeking an SEO Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and basic Technical SEO, along with experience using SEO tools to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities.
- Implement On-Page SEO activities, including:
- Meta Titles & Descriptions
- Heading Tags (H1–H6)
- Internal Linking
- URL Optimization
- Image Optimization
- Content Optimization
- Execute Off-Page SEO strategies, including backlink building, directory submissions, guest posting, and citation creation.
- Perform basic Technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to resolve SEO issues.
- Monitor website indexing, crawl errors, and performance using Google Search Console.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and organic growth using Google Analytics and SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly content.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.
- Suggest strategies to improve website rankings, lead generation, and overall digital visibility.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of SEO experience.
- Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and basic Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, IT, or any related field.
- Candidates with relevant SEO certifications will have an added advantage.
