Job Summary:
We are looking for a Site Engineer with 1 year of experience to supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring projects are executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The candidate should be capable of managing site operations, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, and billing verification.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with senior engineers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as applicable).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision and project execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel across project locations if required.
