Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the desired sales.
- Work out to implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the assigned area
- Understand Customers needs, promote and demonstrate the company products to clients
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Provide daily, weekly & monthly Sales Report, Field activity and communicate data to superiors
- Build market position by promoting, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing sales requirements.
Required Skill set:
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience with software sales and in-depth knowledge of the software industry
- Ability to build and execute sales plans, and experience creating sales reports
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
- Experience with education sector sales is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively in order to develop innovative solutions
