- Draft and post job openings; screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Manage HR documentation including offer letters, agreements, and records
- Assist the founder and Manager with daily tasks, coordination, and execution of priorities
- Oversee overall office management and operations
- Schedule and manage internal and external meetings
- Draft and send official communication on behalf of the founder and manager
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and salary calculations
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
