- Experience in CRM Real estate or construction
- Create effective customer service policies, procedures and standards for ensuring customers have an easy and smooth experience.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Good English communication skills written and verbal .
- Should be handle plots and apartments queries
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
