Key ResponsibilitiesTrade & Operations Management
· Process daily trades across Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and Currency segments.
· Generate BOD/EOD reports, trade confirmations, and contract notes.
· Monitor settlements, margins, pay-in/pay-out, and resolve trade discrepancies.
· Coordinate with exchanges, clearing corporations, and internal teams.
Client Data & Account Support
· Handle KYC documentation, account opening/closure, and client master updates.
· Resolve client queries related to holdings, ledger balance, margins, and settlements.
· Ensure accuracy of client records as per regulatory requirements.
MIS & Reporting
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
· Maintain operational dashboards and Excel trackers.
· Ensure accuracy and timely sharing of reports with management and compliance teams.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
· Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other regulatory guidelines.
· Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
· Assist in surveillance, risk checks, and compliance reporting.
Coordination & Support
· Liaise with dealers, RMS, compliance, and customer support teams.
· Support branch operations and resolve operational issues.
· Maintain systematic filing and digital records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BAF / Finance preferred)
Experience: 2–3 years in stock broking back-office or operations (Freshers with relevant exposure may apply)
Skills: Knowledge of trade life cycle and settlement process, proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred): NISM certification(s) related to capital market operations
