We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our automobile operations. The role involves hiring for sales, and service positions while supporting bulk and critical hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for automobile dealership roles
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and walk-ins
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical and final interviews
- Manage bulk hiring for production and contract workforce
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
