1. To produce high-quality welds that meet or exceed industry standards and customer requirements.
2. To adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
3. To ensure that welding equipment and tools are in optimal working condition
4. To prepare and handle materials correctly for welding tasks.
5. To accurately interpret and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
6. To accurately interpret and follow blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
7. Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and fellow workers to discuss project requirements, challenges, and progress.
