Role Overview
As an admission counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. You will understand their academic goals, provide personalized admission guidance, resolve queries, and support them throughout the admission process while ensuring a seamless counseling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding colleges, courses, admission processes, eligibility, and career pathways.
- Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable options.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp conversations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling interactions, and admission status in the CRM.
- Track and manage the admission pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Prepare and present reports on lead status, conversions, and counseling performance.
- Resolve student queries promptly and provide an exceptional counseling experience.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions counseling, education counseling, student success, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Experience handling large lead databases and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain and present data effectively.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools for communication, reporting, documentation, and workflow management.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Compensation
₹35,000–₹50,000 per month (depending on experience).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
