To lead and manage all civil construction activities for wind power projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to HSE standards across project sites.
Lead end-to-end civil execution for wind projects including foundations, crane hardstands, roads, drainage, control rooms, and buildings.
Prepare and monitor detailed construction schedules aligned with overall project timelines.
Coordinate with OEMs, EPC partners, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
Review and approve foundation designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with consultants and OEMs for geotechnical investigations and foundation finalization.
Ensure design compliance with site conditions and statutory norms.
Identify, onboard, and manage civil contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor contractor performance on safety, quality, productivity, and timelines.
Certify RA bills, control quantities, and manage variations and claims.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, approved drawings, and SOPs.
Implement and enforce HSE practices at site in line with company and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with local authorities, permits, and environmental norms.
Track project costs against budgets and flag deviations proactively.
Prepare regular MIS, progress reports, and risk assessments for management.
Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
Lead and mentor site engineers and supervisors.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and execution excellence.
Strong expertise in wind turbine foundations (raft, pile, rock anchor, hybrid).
Experience in road construction and heavy crane infrastructure.
Knowledge of geotechnical reports and soil investigation.
Contract management, billing, and cost control.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel and stay at remote project locations.
Experience with major wind OEMs (Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Suzlon, etc.).
Hands-on experience in large-scale wind farms (100+ MW).
Exposure to multi-state projects and challenging terrains.
