Job Description – Business Analyst
Experience: 6–8 Years
Location: Mumbai
Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong business acumen and a sound understanding of technology to drive digital initiatives across L&T Finance's customer and partner platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business requirements into functional solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Engineering, QA, and external partners to deliver digital solutions.
- Support solution design by balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- Drive UAT, defect management, production validation, and go-live readiness.
- Analyze data and customer journeys to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved customer experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI, FinTech, or digital product organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital products, customer journeys, and business processes.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and UAT documentation.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
