We are expanding our service team in India to provide dedicated support our china Desk, bridging our Shenzhen, China HQ with the local Indian market.
Job Summary: - We are seeking skilled field Service Engineer to our China Desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, debugging and maintenance of our automated dispensing system across India. This role requires strong hands-on mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation equipment on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Machine installation $ Debugging:
· Perform on-site installation, wiring and assembly of liquid dispensing machines at customer location.
· Conduct site acceptance testing (SAT) to ensure machines meet client specification before handover.
· Handle both in-house (pre-shipment) and on-site client debugging.
2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
· Independently diagnose and repair mechanical and pneumatic failures of automation equipment.
· Analyze and resolve complex technical issues on the production line, minimizing machine downtime.
· Perform Failure Analysis (FA) and provide root cause reports the the technical team.
3. Technical Operations:
· Execute mechanical drawing interpretation and assembly tasks with high precision.
· Manage bill of Material (BOM) for spare parts and ensure proper use of standard vs. custom components.
· Maintain detailed service logs and daily reports.
Required Qualification & Skills:-
1. Education:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Automation
2. Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing, (3C) industry.
· Hands-on experience with custom automation equipment or liquid dispensing system is mandatory.
3. Technical Skills:
· Strong understanding of pneumatic components (Valves, Cylinders) and mechanical transmission (screw, belts).
· Proficient in reading technical drawing (2D/3D) and interpreting wiring diagrams.
· Experience in robot programming and maintenance (especially Epson, Inovance or FANUC robots).
· Good Mechanical measurement and mapping skills.
4. Soft Skills:
· Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi
· Strong problem-solving ability and a quick learner for new technologies.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on client sites.
5. Travel Requirement:
· Willingness to travel extensively across India.
· Occasional travel to Shenzhen (China) HQ may be required for advance training.
Salary – INR-95,000 to 1,00,000 (US $1000)
Work Location – Bangalore and Chennai
