Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing through local networks, job portals, and social media.
- Resume screening and shortlisting against job requirements.
- Initial candidate outreach via calls and introductions.
- Database management using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Interview scheduling with employers and hiring managers.
- Job posting across platforms, tailored to bellary’s local and regional hiring needs.
- Administrative support for the recruitment team.
- Learning industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with online portals and social media.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory with relevant skills).
